I know this is super late but this blog has been acting up and I couldn't upload pictures for the longest time!!!!
Anyhow, our Super Sophia has turned 3 years old (3 months ago already!!!)
We had a combined birthday party with her little buddy Tyse and made it a Toy Story theme!  We held it at an indoor playgym/coffee bar.  Perfect for a room full of toddlers.
Here is our 3 year old Jesse!  She LOVED dressing up with Tyse and had a blast!

Jesse and Woody attached at the hip as usual :-)

Here is Elly with a buddy on either side enjoying their own snacks!

The Toy Story cupcake cake!  Yummy!

Blowing out candles with the help of her buddies!

Our 3 year old beauty!

So hard to believe she is three years old already!  Time has flown...
I love everything about Sophia.  She is stubborn, strong willed, independent, a dare devil, a collector of all gizmos and gadgets, she's busy, she's active, loves to be outside, loves her bike, would go to the park 50 times a day if we had time, and could run laps around the house with her Daddy chasing her until she collapsed from exhaustion..... But under all that 'busy' is a gentle, sweet, caring baby girl who loves cuddles and kisses, adores her baby sister more than anything, is attached to her soo soo, loves to be a little mommy to her dolls (naps, nursing, diaper changes and all!), doesn't like when feelings are hurt, is concerned about all bumps and bruises and will talk endlessly about them, LOVES painting and doing crafts, loves her Mommy and Daddy, and loves animals galore!  She is amazing to us and is fully adored :-)

At three years old Sophia is FULLY potty trained.  She has been day trained for over a year now but decided she no longer needed pull ups at night time about 6 weeks ago.  She amazes me!  All on her own...
She can write her name with some help from us showing her the letters first.  Not bad for a fresh 3 year old!  She is becoming a little artist and absolutely loves drawing people and her pets.  She is pretty good with drawing people.  Sometimes their arms and legs come out of their heads but lately she has been trying to draw clothes.
Sophia also loves to sing and dance.  We turn the music on everyday to have a dance party.  She's got some great moves!  Elly tries to copy her big sister.  Pretty cute to watch.
Sophia will sing all day and makes up her own songs all of the time.  She is also a great story teller.  When we are in a big group and people start talking loudly, Sophia will pipe up and start telling her life story in a really cute little voice until everyone stops and listens to her.  Her master plan works every time and pretty soon the whole room has her attention ;-)

I know I keep saying this but I really want time to slow down.....  I admit that I have my hectic days with my girls but I wouldn't trade them for the world.  I love being their Mommy and it makes me sad to think how short childhood is.  I want time to just slow down a bit.
